Pork loin steaks with mustard and butter sauce Pork loin steaks with mustard and butter sauce
Tonight's dinner was quick and easy, and came out well enough that I thought it was worth sharing. As usual, quantities and cooking times are after-the-fact estimates. Also, please be sure to cook your pork thoroughly and please taste the sauce throughout so you can adjust to your preferences. If anyone is interested, I served this with a small side of tomato with balsamic and fresh parsley (pictured above) and roast cauliflower (not in the picture). Jon -

Beef and Pork Hamburger Steaks With Salt-Leek Sauce Beef and Pork Hamburger Steaks With Salt-Leek Sauce
I love beef tongue with leek-salt sauce! I used inexpensive mixed ground meat to make hamburgers using that type of sauce. If you are cooking these at a table on a griddle, make them thin and press down hard on them with a spatula, and also make them bite size. Enjoy with a squeeze of lemon on so that they taste like beef tongue.Microwaved onions won't cool down immediately, so if you complete step 1 before everything else, your workflow will go smoothly.I wanted to have the feeling of eating "meat!" so I didn't add any fillers or binders such as bread crumbs or egg. California Farm Pulled Pork Cassoulet Dinner California Farm Pulled Pork Cassoulet Dinner
We made pulled pork dinner portions and froze them. We also make a french bean dinner called Cassoulet, which we normally make with lamb, and tried it with pulled pork instead of lamb and liked it.Here is the recipe for six dinners in one pan. Easy to make in dutch oven, air fryer or crock pot or slow cooker: prep and forget. The longer it simmers, the better it gets. Freezes well. Hobby Horseman
