Ingredients

  1. 8pork loin steaks
  2. 5 largemaris piper potatoes
  3. 2 tspsmoked garlic paste
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. 1tin of butter beans
  6. 1/2leek
  7. 1 tspwholegrain mustard
  8. 25 mlwhite wine
  9. 500 mldouble cream
  10. 25 gramsunsalted butter
  11. 1/3 bunchchives

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Peel and 1/4 pots add to salted water bring to boil simmer until cooked

  2. 2

    While waiting on the pots finely slice leek a puree garlic and sweat off ( no colour)

  3. 3

    Add wine and reduce by 1/2 then add cream

  4. 4

    Stir in mustard and add in drained butter beans and seson

  5. 5

    Heat saute pan to med/high heat drain pots add smoked garlic butter an mash till smooth keep warm

  6. 6

    Oil and season pork place in hot pan for 2-3 mins each side and leave to rest

  7. 7

    Finally add chopped chives to mash and mix well plate up and enjoy
