  • 1Egg
  • 1Red Pepper and Garlic Seasoning
  • 1Avocado
  • 1Garlic Salt
  • 1Pepper
  • 2 sliceBread (I prefer whole wheat)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut Avocado in half. Remove Pit. Scoop out insides and squish until a smooth consistency. Add Red Pepper & Garlic Seasoning and Garlic salt to taste.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan & cook two eggs sunny side up or easy over.

  3. 3

    Toast two pieces of any bread of your choice, and spread the seasoned avocado mixture on the slices of bread.

  4. 4

    Once eggs are cooked to liking, top the slices of bread with the egg.
