Ingredients

  • 4 ozCream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 stickButter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1 1/2 cupPowdered Sugar
  • 2 1/2 cupFlour
  • 1/2Canola Oil
  • 1/2 tspVanilla
  • 1 cupSliced Almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a mixer minus the almonds.

  2. 2

    Roll tablespoonfuls of the dough in hand and flatten.

  3. 3

    Place cookies on ungreased baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Top cookies with almonds.

  5. 5

    Bake for ten minutes.

  6. 6

    They will still look and feel undone, but when they cool they will be chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside.
