  3. 1 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1 1/8 cupvinegar
  5. cheese cloth or cloth bandages.
  6. 1candy thermometer

  1. 1

    Mix all cheese ingredient in a deep sauce pot! Heat slowly till reaches 180 degress F hold temp for 10 min. On my stove I had the dial at 2 and a half.

    After curds strain in cheese cloth l, keep whey to good to throw out.

  3. 3

    After put cheese in cloth and squeeze remaining whey put cheese and whey seprate in fridge and enjoy next day!

Been cooking since 5 started with eggs just decided to go to school in culinary arts you all inspire me. My plating and recipes will get a lot better since I'm a perfectionist. I hope you all live what I share with you in the future. Update 2025 I am now head Chef of 2 restaurants 1 dry age steak house and the other a entire senior living community.
