Ingredients

  • beef patties
  • 1 2/3 lbground beef
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • gravy
  • 1 largeonion chopped
  • 1 cupsr flour
  • 1 quartbeef broth
  • 1 tbspground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1drippings from the beef patties
  • 8 ozsliced mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan with non stick spray

  2. 2

    Form the beef into little patties adding spices to meat

    Add to pan heat 5 minutes turn patties

  4. 4

    Do the same to other half cover them while heating

  5. 5

    Remove patties when done reserve the drippings add onions and mushrooms after about 3-4 minutes add flour coating flour with all the drippings

    Add spices stirring constantly add beef broth

    Cook stirring constantly till thickens add the patties back let simmer 3 minutes serve on top of potatoes, mashed potatoes or rice or pasta
