My husband came up with this idea based on a family recipe for marinating beef jerky. It makes for a very flavorful and unique steak!

5 ozWorcestershire Sauce
1 envelopeTaco Seasoning
1 tbspSeason Salt
1 tspGarlic Powder
2 tbspLemon Juice
4Steaks

In a gallon sized zip lock bag, combine all ingredients except for the steaks.

Seal the bag and massage it until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.

Open bag and add steaks.

Reseal bag and marinate in the fridge for at least 12 hours.

When finished marinating, cook the steaks however you prefer to cook them. It works great for grilling or frying on the stove top.
