2 clovegarlic
3inch strip lemon zest
1clean bottle or jar
1clean bamboo skewer (optional)

Place tarragon sprigs in bottle

Place garlic and lemon zest in bottle - I thread mine midway on a bamboo skewer so they don't just lay on the bottom

Fill bottle with vinegar to cover
