Ingredients

10 servings
  • 16 ozhotdogs
  • 1/4 cupbutter, or ghee
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspturmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Split the hotdogs down the middle but not all the way through.

  2. 2

    Heat butter, or ghee. Add spices to it.

  3. 3

    Add the hotdogs to the butter, or ghee. Fry till caramelized. Set to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils. Serve, hope you enjoy!
