Salsa was very delicious! We doubled the recipe, and added a few Tbl of lime juice. The jalapeño was too spicy so we added 6-7 extra tomatillos. Next time I would just cut the amount of jalapeño in half.

  1. 12Tomatillos
  2. 3Jalapeños
  3. 1Fresh Cilantro
  4. 3Raw Garlic
  5. 6Green Onions
  6. 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop tomatillos, green onions, and jalapeños.

  2. 2

    Mince garlic cloves

  3. 3

    Throw all ingredients into blender or food processor

  4. 4

    Blend until desired texture is achieved

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
