Preheat oven to 350°F.

On pizza pan, lay one tortilla flat. Spread 1/3 cup cheese across tortilla, and cover with other tortilla.

Spread marinara across top tortilla. Cover with remaining cheese.

Mix parmesan cheese, basil, and thyme together. Sprinkle evenly over cheese.

Wash and dice veggies. Spread evenly across top. Top with pepperoni, evenly spread out.

Bake for 12-14 minutes. Halfway through, stop to push down edges of top tortilla.
