Matthi is generally made in North India in festive season. There are so many ways to make Matthi, Today I am sharing you a multi grain methi version and it is really easy to make and it taste really crispy & delicious.
Steps

Take all the ingredients except water in a bowl and rub with your fingers to incorporate oil in the flour.

Add water slowly and knead it to a tight dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 mins.

Now divide the dough into small balls and roll it out. Now flatten it out in your palm by pressing it.. Now use a fork or knife to prick holes in the matthi

Heat oil for deep frying, place one by one Matthi in hot oil and fry it in a medium heat oil till golden color.

Remove it. Cool it down and store it in a air tight container.
