#dusshera.. This is Bhatia Traditional Sweet dish served during festivals or lunch or dinner.
Steps

In a bowl mix wheat flour, maida and ghee. Add Sesame seeds and little water to make a semi soft dough.

Divide the dough into equal small parts and flatten each ball to make Mathari shape.It should be little thick.Make all Matharis of equal size.

Heat Ghee in a pan for frying the Matharis till golden brown.keep aside to cool down.

In another bowl mix sugar and water and make chasni.It should be of 2 string consistency. Boil it till 2 string consistency. Keep the syrup warm and dip the fried Santas quickly in the sugar syrup one at a time.

Place litter cardamon powder,chopped nuts and rose petals for individual Santa on a greased thali.Place each Santa over Cardamon powder and nuts.Cool the Santas.The Sugar syrup will get coated on the Santas.
