Mix besan, Suji,curd,salt, sugar, haladi and add as needed water for thick gravy paste

Place it for 1/2 hour

Take grease tin bowl and pour the mixture.

Take a karhi put 2 bowl water.place the mixture in it and cover with lid. 5min.on medium flam and rest 20 min.in slow flame.

Then off the gas.after 2-3 min.open the lid and check with toothpick.

Plain the tooth pick then dhokla is ready

For tadka,take a pan,put one 3 teaspoon oil.

Oil garam hone par,rai dale. when crackle add curry patta.then add salt,sugar and water.add Lemon juice.

Boil it and off the gas.

Dhokla deep plate me nikale, pieces me cut karein,uppr se tadka dale leave it for 5- 10 min in refrigerator
