Chicken breast, carrots & sweetcorn

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 210 degrees C. Grease the bottom of oven pan with olive oil.

Mix salt with all spices and sprinkle half of it over chicken breasts.

Top the chicken with thinly sliced peppers, only one layer of peppers.

Sprinkle the remaining spie mix over the peppers and cook and bake in oven until breasts are cooked (about 30min)

Add grated cheese on top of peppers and put back in oven for about 2 minutes

Boil carrots until tender, with a little bit of water remaining in the pan add butter and sugar.

Boil sweetcorn for about 15 - 20 min.
