Ingredients

  1. gyoza skin (~5cm stacked, makes 30)
  2. 1 lbground pork
  3. 10 gchives
  4. 1/2white onion
  5. 2 tbspsesame oil
  6. 2 pinchwhite pepper
  7. salt
  8. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  9. 4 clovesgarlic
  10. 2 knobginger
  11. corn starch
  12. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine filling

  2. 2

    Cook on one side over medium-high till brown (~2mins)

  3. 3

    Pour ~1cm thick cornstarch water (1tsp/cup) and cover with lid

  4. 4

    Cook till meat looks fine (~ 5mins)
