Steps

(Dressing) Mix all ingredient and set aside.

Bring stock to a boil then add into the mixture then set aside, Serving option as dipping sauce for any meat dishes.

Steam the tofu for about 6 minutes then drain dry and plate it.

Drizzle szechuan dressing on tofu and top with extra 1 tsp of lg szechuan chili oil and crush peanut and spring onion.

Remake Again,Peanut Butter Tofu Serve With Eggs
