Thanksgiving Turkey

Ingredients

  1. Turkey
  2. 2 sticksbutter
  3. Enough water to cover the bottom of the roaster
  4. 1onion
  5. 1russet potato
  6. Minced garlic
  7. Seasoning
  8. to taste Salt
  9. to taste Pepper
  10. to taste Cajun injection seasoning
  11. to taste Poultry seasoning
  12. to taste Blackening seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the onions, and potatoes into large pieces

  2. 2

    Cut each stick of butter into large pieces

  3. 3

    Add water to the roaster and Cook turkey breast side down

  4. 4

    Set roaster to 275° cook overnight

  5. 5

    Once the turkey is cooked to the point of falling apart I recommend picking out the bones and returning the meat to the roaster until ready to serve.
