Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1left over grilled garlic herb pork tender loin ( about half) cut into bite sized pieces
  2. 2potato peeled and cubed
  3. 2 boxlow sodium reduced fat chicken broth
  4. 1 canbush's reduced sodium pinto beans
  5. 2 cupfrozen carrots
  6. 2 cupfrozen cut green beans
  7. 2 cupcabbage, chopped
  8. 3 1/2 cupwater
  9. 2 cupradiatore pasta
  10. 1 tbspminced garlic
  11. 2 packagesvegitable flavor boost
  12. 1onion powder to taste
  13. 1pepper to taste
  14. 1adodo seasoning to taste
  15. 1crushed pepper flakes
  16. 3 tbspsriracha hot chili sauce ( or more if you like)
  17. 1salsa (hot or mild us what you like)

Cooking Instructions

    Place everything in a large pot excluding beans, cook medium heat until pasta and veggies are done, approx. 40 to 45 minutes.

    Add beans cook on low additional 10 to 15 minutes Let cool, soup will be extreamly hot.

    Ladle into bowls add salsa to soup in bowl, i usually put in a couple tablespoons,

    You can eat with bread and butter, like i do , and enjoy,

  6. 6

    This recipe makes alot of soup, i eat it for several days and also give servings away to friends and family
