Roasted Habañero & Coke BBQ Sauce

Really awesome barbecue sauce for nearly anything. I personally love it on wings and pulled pork. If you feel like really sweetening the sauce, add 1/2 cup of rum. The alcohol probably won't cook off all the way, but it's such a small amount that it shouldn't affect you or your kids at all, just give you a smooth rum and coke taste with a kick.

Steps
- 1
Grill Habañero till the outside is nice and black
- 2
Chop the habañero to smithereens. Like, as small as possible. Then set aside.
- 3
Combine ketchup, coke, Worcestershire, and Brown sugar in a pot on low heat
- 4
Chop cilantro, also a small as possible, while occasionally stirring the sauce until the sugar dissolves a bit
- 5
Add cilantro and habanero to now bubbling sauce.
- 6
Simmer on low for roughly 15 minutes. Maybe more. It doesn't especially matter
- 7
Turn off your heat and transfer your sauce to some type of container.
- 8
You're ready to go! Slather that shit on some wings, ribs, or whatever suits your barbecue fancy!
