Ingredients

1 cuprice
1hot water (to soak the rice)
7 ozcondensed milk
1 can12 oz evaporated milk
1 tspground cinnamon
1 tspvanilla extract
2 literwater
granulated sugar

Steps

Soak the rice in hot water for half hour. Strain the rice.

Blend together with only one cup of water.

Then transfer the mixture to a water pitcher using a strainer.

Add remainder of the 2 liters of water and refrigerate.

Taste it, and add sugar as desired. Enjoy cold!!
