  1. 1 1/2 cupDried Flattened Rice
  2. 1/2 cupPar Boiled Peas
  3. 1/2Chopped Onion
  4. 1/2Chopped Par Boiled Carrot
  5. smallFloret of Cauliflower
  6. 1 tspOil
  7. 1 tbspMustard Seed
  8. 1 tspSugar
  9. Salt
  10. Chillie Powder
  11. Turmeric Powder
  12. 1Lemon Juice
  13. 1 cupcold water

  1. 1

    Par boil peas, carrot and cauliflower and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in pan, let the mustard seeds crackle, add onions and saute it till brown.

  3. 3

    Add vegetables in the pan. Story fry for some time.

  4. 4

    Soak chiwda in cold water for few seconds. Remove and gently squeeze excess water avoiding to mush it together.

  5. 5

    Add this squeezed out chiwda into the pan. Stir fry for two minutes in low flame.

  6. 6

    Squeeze lemon juice on top and Serve hot.
