Par boil peas, carrot and cauliflower and keep aside.

Heat oil in pan, let the mustard seeds crackle, add onions and saute it till brown.

Add vegetables in the pan. Story fry for some time.

Soak chiwda in cold water for few seconds. Remove and gently squeeze excess water avoiding to mush it together.

Add this squeezed out chiwda into the pan. Stir fry for two minutes in low flame.

Squeeze lemon juice on top and Serve hot.
