Ingredients

  • 4 tbspsall purpose flour
  • 2 tbspscocoa powder
  • 2 tbspssugar
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1egg slightly whisked
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 2 tbspmelted butter
  • 1/4 tspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix in all the dry ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Whisk in the melted butter, the egg and the milk gradually one after the other till you have a nice smooth cake batter.

  3. 3

    Pour the batter onto a greased microwavable mug. Microwave on high for one minute. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream
