  • 2Cow horn hot cayenne pepper
  • 2Habanero
  • 17Dragon tongue hot cayenne pepper
  • 1Poblano
  • 13Jalapeno
  • 19Tabasco pepper
  • 1 dashCoriander
  • 1 bunchground cumin
  • 5 cloveGarlic
  • 4Tomato
  • 1/2White onion
  • 1 dashSalt
  • 1 bunchApple cider vinegar
  • 1 dashBrown sugar
  • 1Splash of PBR

Steps

1 hour 30 mins

    Chop up ingredients finely

  2. 2

    Throw everything into bowl

  3. 3

    Mix

  4. 4

    Simmer for an hour until ingredients are soft

  5. 5

    Throw in blender

  6. 6

    Jar it up and pasteurize it

  7. 7

    Enjoy some homemade hot sauce
