3 1/2 cuptoasted oat cereal
1 1/2 cupmini marshmallows
4 tbspunsalted butter
1/4 cuppacked light brown sugar
1/4 cuphoney
1/2 tspsalt
1/2vanilla

Steps

Spray an 8 inch square baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

Combine cereal and one cup of marshmallows in a large bowl.

Combine butter, sugar, honey, half cup marshmellows and salt in a large saucepan and bring to bowl.

Cook for one minute, then carefully stir in vanilla. Add cereal mixture and stir to coat completely.

Spread the mixture in the greased baking dish and press into an even layer. Allow to cool and set, about an hour, before cutting into squares.
