  1. 2Tomatoes (large, cut into a large dice)
  2. 2Avocados (cut into a large dice)
  3. 1purple onion (small, thinly sliced)
  4. 2 tbspchopped cilantro
  5. 2Lime
  6. Extra virgin olive oil
  7. Salt

    In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, avocados, red onions and cilantro.

  2. 2

    Squeeze the lime juice over the top and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

    Gently stir.

    Taste and add salt as needed.
