I love Risotto but sometimes I don't have the time. This is a bit like Risotto but easy in a pinch when I want something similar and cheesy :-)

1 cupInstant white rice
1/4 cupfrozen green peas
1/4 cupParmesan cheese
2 tbspreal butter

Bring water to boil in a saucepan.

Add rice, cover and boil for 30 seconds.

Add peas and remove from heat. Cover.

Let set for 5 min.

Fluff rice and peas. Add butter and Parmesan cheese. Stir gently until everything is incorporated.

Serve immediately.
