Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1pack of vermicelli soke in water and drain
  • 1 gallon100 gram of slices pork
  • 1 tspspoon of chopped garlic
  • 1 tbspspoon of oil
  • 1half slices of onion
  • 1half slices of carrot
  • 1 cupof slices cabbage
  • 3stripes of each green onion, salary and coriander cut into 2 cm long
  • 1egg beaten
  • 1 tspspoon of fish sauce
  • 2 tspspoon of sugar
  • 1 tbspspoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tspspoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 1a pint of pepper

    Heat the oil in heat frying pan add garlic and pork fry till cook beat in egg stir till egg dry and crump add cabbages and carrots then add onion keep frying for 5 minutes add tomato and add flavours start with oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce and pepper,add green onion ,salary and coriander right away add vermicelli that been soke and drain stir till every ingredients mixed
