Put some oil in kadai then add jeera, heeng, now add garlic chopped sliced onions, and chopped onions all together, u can add one bay leaf as well..when onions get brown in colour add all the dry masala then add tomato ginger puree.mix all together.

Now add little bit of water.jab masala oil chodne lage isme fresh cream dalni and half tsp sugar...mix everything gently. now add half glass of milk.. add raisins..when gravy starts leaving oil add paneer cubes into it..keep it on medium flame for 5mnt
