Being from a traditional family, traditional foods have always been our meal. And I can eat traditional dish anytime.
Steps

Wash the beans vegetables (managu and terere). Then cut or chop. I don't how to cut to smaller pieces though.

Put in a sufuria add enough water then boil for 20 mins till a little bit brown.

Drain excess water if there be. Chop the onions and fry with oil till brown the add tomatoes.
- 4
Cook to soften then add the vegetables and milk.
- 5
Cook for a few minute and serve with Ugali
