For Marination: Add 20ml vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and salt to taste with 100gm boneless chicken and keep it for 30 minutes.

In a pan, put 100ml vegetable oil and put the marinated chicken and deep fry.

Add chopped onions, 1 egg, 2-3 green chilli and 10ml dark soya sauce

Serve hot with mayonnaise/tomato sauce and/or noodles
