1 cupall-purpose flour
2 cupcornmeal
3eggs
1salt and pepper to taste
1hot frying oil

Cut and slice green tomatoes

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl

Scramble eggs in another bowl
4

Dip tomatoes in egg mixture and bread in dry ingredients
5

Fry til golden on both sides and tomatoes float on top of the oil
