Ingredients

  1. leftover/precooked sweet potatoes *you can cook them in the microwave in just a few mins if short of time. Turn halfway through cooking.
  2. oil
  3. salt
  4. diced chilli, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice your cooked sweet potatoes into 1/2inch rounds.

  2. 2

    Brush both sides with oil.

  3. 3

    Season with salt as desired.

  4. 4

    Cook for approx 5 mins on each side. Keep an eye on them as of course BBQ temps will vary.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with chopped chilli to serve if desired.

  6. 6

    Enjoy!

The only thing I do differently is BBQ them from raw... and to my surprise you even the kids like them👍
