Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 tbspOlive oil
  2. 1/2 tspRoasted garlic
  3. 6Cubes of chicken
  4. 3 tbspPortuguese sausage
  5. 1 pinchSalt
  6. 1 pinchPepper
  7. 1 pinchParsley
  8. 1 pinchRed pepper
  9. 2White wine
  10. 1 1/2 tbspBéchamel
  11. 1/2 cupChicken broth
  12. 1/4 cupHeavy cream
  13. Shaved Parmesan
  14. 1 1/2 cupPenne

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the oil, garlic, chicken, sausage, salt, pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a hot pan

  2. 2

    Once meat is cooked, deglaze with wine

  3. 3

    Add béchamel, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan

  4. 4

    Add penne

  5. 5

    Plate and top with shaved Parmesan
