1 1/2 tbspOlive oil
1/2 tspRoasted garlic
6Cubes of chicken
3 tbspPortuguese sausage
1 pinchSalt
1 pinchPepper
1 pinchParsley
1 pinchRed pepper
2White wine
1 1/2 tbspBéchamel
1/2 cupChicken broth
1/4 cupHeavy cream
Shaved Parmesan
1 1/2 cupPenne

Steps

Place the oil, garlic, chicken, sausage, salt, pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a hot pan
2

Once meat is cooked, deglaze with wine
3

Add béchamel, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan
4

Add penne
5

Plate and top with shaved Parmesan
