Add maida, salt & 2 tsp ghee in a mixing bowl. Knead it using water. Knead soft dough. Keep rest for 15 minutes

Peel off potatoes & mash it in a mixing bowl. Add onion, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, anardana, pudina powder & salt. Combine all the ingredients & mix well.

Take lemon size dough. Form ball. Flatten by hands & fill potato stuffing. Make pleats and close it. Dust flour on working surface. Roll it with roller pin in round shape parantha.

Brush with water over parantha and flip it on hot tawa. Gently press the parantha Cook it on medium flame.

Now after a minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook parantha directly on flame till it turn golden brown and puffs up.

Gently scrape the parantha with knife from bottom and remove from tawa. Brush some butter/ghee.

Serve hot with curd & pickle.
