Sophie's bacon and cheese pancakes
A great breakfast item, but could be for any meal as far as concerned ;)

Mix your flour, egg, milk and salt into a smooth batter. Mix in your cheese.

In a frying pan cook your bacon until crispy.

Remove your bacon, place ¼ of it back in the pan.

Pour ¼ of your batter onto the bacon and cook your pancake as normal.
- 5
Repeat for the rest of your batter.
- 6
Serve and enjoy! I had mine with make syrup.
