I made this for my friends to give out on Valentine's Day. I added coffee to my favorite chocolate financier and made this recipe.It tastes better the next day or after 3 to 5 days. It's just mixing, so there are no special tricks. You could use unsalted or salted butter. Browned butter will add more flavor, but you could also microwave and melt the butter.
