Well I had to have some homemade cranberry relish. One of my fall favorites. Well after I made it I had some nice juice left over in the pot. I couldn't waste it. So finally I after entire 2 mins lol. I came up with a great way to use that left over juice. Bingo the sparkling cranberry cocktail was born. I hope yoy about it.
