Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 cupplain Greek yogurt
  2. 1cauliflower
  3. 3 cloveminced garlic
  4. 1 1/2 tbspground ginger
  5. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  6. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  8. 1 tspground cumin
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander, ground
  10. 2 tspfresh lemon juice
  11. 1/4 cupall-purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Separate the cauliflower into florets. Using a fork pick the florets in several places. Place florets in large Ziploc bag.

  2. 2

    Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, and whisk. Pour mixture into bag with the cauliflower.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  5. 5

    Place cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes and cauliflower has turned golden brown.
