Cook chicken chunks in a skillet withe a tablespoon of margarine until outsides are browned

Cook rice mix according to directions

Reduce heat to low and add both cans of golden mushroom soup and 1 cup water to the diced chicken chunks

Simmer on low about 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked

Serve spooned over wild rice mixture with your families favorite vegetable
