These just may be the best cut out cookies ever. If you are looking for a crispy cookie, this recipe isn't what you are looking for. It stays soft and is more like a cookie biscuit. Very tasty when topped with Butter Cream Frosting.

These just may be the best cut out cookies ever. If you are looking for a crispy cookie, this recipe isn't what you are looking for. It stays soft and is more like a cookie biscuit. Very tasty when topped with Butter Cream Frosting.
Steps

mix all ingredients thourghly, mixing the flour last.

Refrigerate overnight. Dough will be very soft so needs to be very cold to roll out. Also refrigerate between batches.

use lots of flour to roll out cookie dough.

bake at 350°F till cookie is just starting to brown on the bottom.

Frost with Butter Cream Frosting.
