Ingredients

  1. 1premade Pie Crust
  2. 1cup shredded cooked Kale
  3. 1/2cup minced Fresh Onion
  4. 1cup minced Ham
  5. 1 1/2cups mixed shredded Cheeses (swiss,cheddar, etc.)
  6. 1Tbs. Flour (optional)
  7. 4large eggs
  8. 1cup Milk
  9. 1tsp. dry Mustard
  10. 1tsp. each, salt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Use a food processor

  2. 2

    Place crust in 9" pie plate, crimp edges.

  3. 3

    Process everything separately except liquids.

  4. 4

    Mix all in bowl, add flour.

  5. 5

    Spread in pie crust.

  6. 6

    Process remaining ingredients, pour onto cheese mix.

  7. 7

    Bake 375° 45 minutes.
