Boil water with a teaspoon of salt.

Cut peppers and onion into strips. cut sausage into bite sized cylinders.

Begin sautéing garlic, onion, peppers, and sausage with 2 tablespoons olive oil.

When water is boiling add half box of angel hair. bring back to boil and cook for 5 minutes.

When sausage is brown and vegetables tender remove from heat.

When angel hair is done drain water.

In a large serving bowl toss angel hair with 2 tablespoons olive oil and desired herbs. add sausage and vegetables.
