  • 2onions
  • 2garlics
  • 1pack of kale
  • 1hand full of mushrooms
  • 1olive oil
  • 1red wine
  • 2 1/2beef bouillon cubes
  • 7 cupwater
  • 1salt and pepper

    heat oil

  2. 2

    add chopped garlic. cook till golden

  3. 3

    add onions and cover with pepper. Cook till soft

  4. 4

    add mush and butter. let mush sweat

  5. 5

    add wine

  6. 6

    add kale one handful at a time and mix in well. add butter too

  7. 7

    Add bouillon. and let cook for 15ish minutes.

  8. 8

    Add eggs to boiling soup
