Take a sufuria or a cooking pot and add the cooking oil to heat

Then add the chopped onions to fry until light brown

Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic and chillies to cook on a low heat until the tomatoes are mushy and soft

Add the potatoes, stir and allow to cook for 3 to 5 minutes

Add the mixture of beans and maize, then stir again the mixture

Sprinkle some salt to taste and simmer for 5 minutes

Sprinkle dhania on top then cover for 1 minute

Remove githeri from the heat and serve while still hot
