Found this on net so I made my ice cream using almond milk, buttermilk ( few of my recipes attached) and stirred it into the ice cream..

Found this on net so I made my ice cream using almond milk, buttermilk ( few of my recipes attached) and stirred it into the ice cream..

Mix the brown sugar, white sugar and butter until smooth

Stir in the vanilla extract and water

Mix in the flour until blended

Shape into a long sausage if you can. I put mine flat onto greaseproof paper and wrapped it up.

Place in freezer for upto 2 hours then cut into chunks and mix into ice cream. Freeze for 15 minutes before serving.
