2 eachSalmon fillets
1/4 cupmayonnaise
4 tbspparmesan cheese
1salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 450°

Season with salt and pepper

Mix 1/4 C mayo with 2T shredded parmesan and spread on top of salmon

Sprinkle 2T more of parmesan cheese on top. Roast until topping is golden and salmon is done. 7-9 minutes
