Ingredients

  1. 1 cupChopped carrots
  2. 1 cupChopped celery
  3. 2 cupchopped Potatoes
  4. 1 stickSweet cream and salted butter
  5. 2 largeShredded chicken breast
  6. 4 smallshort cloves
  7. 1 dashExtra virgin olive oil
  8. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  9. 62 ozGreat value chicken stock
  10. 2 smallcubes of homestyle chicken lard (stock) by knorr
  11. For the dumplings
  12. 1Pot of boiling hot water
  13. 2 cupFlour
  14. 1 tspsalt
  15. 1/4 cupbutter
  16. 1 cupmilk
  17. For the end
  18. 1 1/2 cupegg noodles
  19. 1Salt and pepper to taste

  1. 1

    For the soup at all of your ingredients together in the crockpot on low except for the dumplings and noodles and half of the chicken broth and chicken stock

  2. 2

    About 1 hour before serving cook your dumplings pull apart the dough and drop them in boiling water and they're supposed to be messy there is no method cook them for about 2 minutes and then add them to the soup so they can absorb the chicken broth they will continue to cook in the soup

  3. 3

    Add the noodles and the remaining stock and broth and mix around salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!

  4. 4

    I like to prepare all of the ingredients the night before so in the morning I can drop them in the crock pot cook them on low while I'm at work and then come home and enjoy dinner and family time at the table!
