I came up with these as a substitute for junky store bought crackers. My toddler loves them!

I came up with these as a substitute for junky store bought crackers. My toddler loves them!
Steps

Preheat oven to 350°

Mix together flours, nutritional yeast, onion powder, chives, cheese, and salt.

Add egg, coconut oil, and lemon juice to the dry mixture.

Kneed the dough until it comes together and forms a ball. You may need to add some water.

Roll in between two sheets of parchment. Roll thin for crisp crackers.

Cut into shapes and place on parchment covered baking pans.

Bake for 5 minutes on each side or until the edges are golden. Bake time varies depending on the thickness of the crackers.

Let the crackers cool and serve. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
