Ingredients

  • sauce
  • 1 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 4 tbspsweet rice wine
  • 3 tbsp+ 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3 tspminced garlic
  • 3 tspminced ginger
  • glaze
  • 1 tbspcornstarch
  • 2 tbspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all sauce ingredients and cook on medium high till sugar is disolved

  2. 2

    To make into glaze combine water with cornstarch and pour into sauce.. cook over medium until thickened
