1 cupmilk
6 tbspflour
3/4 cupgranulated sugar
1/2 cupmargarine
1/2 cupshortening
2 tspessence of choice

Whisk milk and flour. Add sugar and cook over low heat til thick. Chill.

With a whisk attachment beat margarine, shortening and essence til fluffy. Add chilled milk and flour mix. Continue whisking.

Add color, frost cake. Enjoy
